EquipmentShare seeks a Field Technician (Mechanic) specializing in Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment for its Advanced Solutions rental facility in Midland, TX. This position centers on hands-on maintenance and repair, serving contractors and local communities by keeping essential equipment running safely and efficiently. Schedule and Compensation Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond 40 each week. Some on-call shifts may be required and are compensated additionally. Key Responsibilities Adhere to safety protocols while servicing and repairing equipment. Use laptops and tablets to manage work orders, track service intervals, and document repairs. Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution systems, HVAC units, and oil-free air compressors. Diagnose equipment issues both in the shop and at customer locations, then complete necessary repairs. Collaborate with other technicians to set up and operate equipment in the shop and field. Assist with training junior technicians as needed. Maintain accurate records of all work performed using both paper and electronic systems.
