Position Overview
The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is tailored for outstanding recent graduates aspiring to become spacecraft engineers by gaining practical knowledge in satellite construction.
Participants in this program will commence their careers directly on the spacecraft production floor as Engineering Technicians supporting CSAT structures, integrations, and major assembly operations. This hands-on role provides invaluable experience in assembling and integrating flight components into spacecraft.
As participants showcase their technical abilities and leadership potential, they will advance through a structured development pathway:
Engineering Technician → Associate Manufacturing Engineer → Manufacturing Engineer
This program offers a unique opportunity to cultivate engineers with a comprehensive understanding of spacecraft hardware from the ground up, combining hands-on assembly experience, early leadership development, and a seamless transition into an engineering role. Participants will directly contribute to building flight hardware, lead technical teams, and support large-scale spacecraft production.
