Role overview
The Mechanisms Technician works the night shift, Monday through Thursday, as part of the satellite production team at AST SpaceMobile’s advanced facility. This role focuses on assembling, integrating, and testing deployment systems and mechanical subsystems for satellites. Key tasks involve building and validating precision mechanisms, such as hinges, release mechanisms, actuators, and deployment systems, that ensure reliable deployment of satellite components in orbit.
