In this position, reporting directly to the Head of Brand Partnerships, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our e-commerce platform. Your leadership will guide a team of experts focused on optimizing the online store to drive sales, enhance the user experience, and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dedicated team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at achieving sales growth and objectives.
Define and execute the overarching commercial strategy.
Act as the primary liaison with brand partners, ensuring that the website aligns with their branding guidelines.
Continuously analyze competitor practices to identify new business opportunities.
Manage daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Address customer inquiries and support requests to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales and promotional campaigns.
Utilize performance data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and optimize user experience.
Ensure quality assurance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Support the onboarding process for new team members.
Maintain compliance with data privacy and consumer protection laws.
Manage the budget for brands, including allocations for purchasing, marketing, and technology investments.
