The Logistics Project Manager at the-level-group in Milan leads logistics projects from planning through execution. This role focuses on process improvements, performance gains, and delivering a better customer experience across digital and e-commerce logistics. Main responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics flows, including onboarding new carriers, launching new functionalities, analyzing costs and performance, and introducing best practices in warehousing.
- Collaborate with teams in Tech, Administration, Customer Service, Back Office, Store Management, and external partners to meet targets for quality, cost, and speed.
- Support customers proactively and resolve logistics issues to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and carrier negotiations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working collaboratively in a changing environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
