Join our dynamic team at the-level-group as a Retail Merchandiser, where your analytical skills will drive our merchandising strategies and enhance our commercial performance.This pivotal position involves managing the complete merchandising process, including assortment planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to boost sell-through rates, margins, and stock efficiency across both Retail and Digital channels.Your Responsibilities:Develop seasonal product assortments with a focus on the Retail channel, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and commercial objectives.Create and manage seasonal Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and budgets, monitoring performance to optimize sell-through, profitability, and stock efficiency.Analyze sales performance and trends through comprehensive reporting, identifying risks and opportunities while providing actionable insights to meet targets.Conduct thorough product performance analyses, tracking KPIs such as sell-through rates, stock cover, margins, and category performance to support merchandising and trading decisions.Oversee in-season trading activities, including reorders, stock transfers, and markdowns to enhance inventory productivity and minimize risk.Facilitate omnichannel retail allocation, ensuring optimal stock distribution across stores and channels to maximize sell-through and efficiency.Support assortment and allocation decisions through store analysis, ensuring strategies align with customer demand and store potential.Develop forecasts to anticipate risks and inform proactive trading strategies.Collaborate closely with our Digital team on product availability and stock priorities to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers.Work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Content, to maintain efficient product flow and visibility.Your Profile:A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or allocation, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or retail sectors.Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data and translating insights into actionable business strategies.A solid grasp of merchandising, planning, allocation, and trading strategies, with a focus on optimizing inventory productivity.Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
