We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager who is enthusiastic about taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals. You will be tasked with generating new business through strategic outreach, managing your pipeline, and successfully closing opportunities. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation to closing new business.
- Perform high-volume outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers.
- Lead discovery and demonstration meetings with potential clients.
- Identify and navigate target accounts and key stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive research to customize outreach based on each prospect's structure, goals, and challenges.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent follow-up and CRM management. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to align on client needs and transition strategies.
- Consistently achieve or surpass revenue and activity targets.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance sales messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion metrics.
