Qualifications
Specific Responsibilities:Conduct daily visits to assigned retail locations to ensure compliance with merchandising, signage, and promotional standards for AT&T. Observe and provide constructive feedback on seller interactions and customer engagement. Establish and nurture strong relationships with store management and retail associates. Support and educate store staff on AT&T product knowledge and best practices for customer experience. Ensure adherence to merchandising standards, including appropriate signage, displays, and inventory placement. Utilize mobile field tools to monitor and report on store conditions, inventory levels, and promotional execution. Identify and escalate operational issues, customer experience gaps, or training needs to leadership. Engage in territory planning, route optimization, and adjustments to visit frequency based on store performance. Participate in regional team calls, training sessions, and field events as necessary. Ensure merchandising standards remain current and comply with plan-o-grams, while effectively presenting promotional offerings. Manage program logistics in collaboration with DSI and AT&T. Complete various administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success. Additional Responsibilities:Adhere to supplier policies and procedures. Visit a minimum of 5 stores daily. Act as a role model both within the supplier network and externally. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude. Consistently arrive on time for work and fulfill responsibilities.

Compensation
Annual base salary: $65,000
Bonus potential: up to $20,000 annually
