Facilitate meetings and integrations across internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.Establish and operationalize efficient, high-quality workflows for Data Services Operations projects, focusing on speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness.Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, cost per data hour, and turnaround times.Evaluate operational pipelines and implement AI solutions to enhance workflow and team productivity, thereby minimizing manual overhead.Integrate AI-driven tools for automated project reporting, predictive risk assessment, and resource allocation optimization, streamlining project management workflows.Offer strategic direction, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations to subordinate teams. Mentor and train middle project managers to optimize output and effectively manage risks.Identify and resolve operational challenges, scaling infrastructure to accommodate rapid customer demand growth, while executing with urgency and clarity—continuously refining workflows and systems.Key QualificationsMinimum of 5 years in leadership roles, successfully managing and expanding diverse service operational teams.Familiarity with GIS technologies or geospatial datasets is highly advantageous.Proven experience in managing operational service KPIs and tracking operational health.Data-driven mindset with extensive hands-on experience in data management and operational efficiencies.
