Operations ManagementSupervise day-to-day operations of the power plant, including energy production billingEvaluate performance metrics and manage budgets effectivelyPrepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management reviewContribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing plant efficiencyOrganize and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance while overseeing spare parts inventoryConduct on-site technical inspections (PV modules, electrical, and structural assessments)Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the organizationParticipate in on-call duties on a rotating schedule with other technicians (approximately one weekend per month)3. Contract & Stakeholder ManagementEnsure effective execution of operations-related contracts (maintenance, services, procurement, subcontractors) and monitor incident follow-upsEngage in discussions with local authorities, partners, and community representatives to build positive relationships and support ongoing project developmentCoordinate with insurance teams regarding claim reporting, resolution monitoring, and stakeholder communication4.
