Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ère) Support Client en Logiciel Juridique H/F, en CDI, dont le lieu principal de travail sera basé à Montpellier (Lattes), pour notre filiale Septeo Solutions Notaires.Ce que nous pouvons réaliser ensemble :Intégré(e) au sein d'une équipe dynamique de 10 membres dédiée au support, votre mission consistera à assister nos clients notaires dans l'utilisation optimale et la compréhension de nos solutions logicielles.Forte de votre expertise, vous serez un partenaire clé dans leur succès, les conseillant sur les meilleures pratiques d'utilisation et les aidant à maximiser l'efficacité de nos outils. Votre contribution sera essentielle à leur satisfaction.Après une période d'intégration et de formation, vos principales responsabilités incluront :Réception et gestion des demandes des clients par téléphone ou email.Analyse des problèmes rencontrés via un outil de prise en main à distance.Dépannage et/ou proposition de solutions, tout en accompagnant les utilisateurs dans leur mise en œuvre.Suivi des demandes jusqu'à leur résolution et communication des avancées aux clients.Mise en place d'actions correctives avec d'autres départements si nécessaire.Amélioration continue de la qualité de service pour nos clients (délais de réponse, traitement des demandes, etc.).
