As a Senior Consultant – Compensation and Job System at Ubisoft, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and local integration of our newly deployed corporate job architecture. Acting as a key reference, you will ensure alignment between global directives and operational realities, contributing to the consistency, fairness, and sustainable evolution of our HR practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the expert advisor and primary contact between local teams and corporate regarding job architecture.
- Work closely with Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams to ensure alignment.
- Influence discussions and decisions surrounding job evolution, roles, and career paths.
- Design, implement, and document local job management processes.
- Ensure the integrity of job data within HR systems in partnership with HRIS teams.
- Manage the complete job lifecycle: creation, modification, archiving, and employee alignment.
- Conduct impact analyses related to pay equity, market standards, and organizational consistency.
- Support managers and HR partners in applying classification and job evaluation practices.
- Facilitate governance and calibration mechanisms to ensure consistent decision-making.
