What You Will Do Serve as the main advisor to functional leaders on compensation and workforce planning, ensuring smooth communication and alignment within the People trio. Participate as an integrated member of the talent leadership team in functional leadership meetings, including leadership committees, offsites, and quarterly business reviews. Provide guidance on compensation for hiring, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations, up to the Senior Vice President (SVP) level, ensuring consistency with Unity’s compensation philosophy and governance. Interpret and apply job architecture, salary structures, equity allocation frameworks, and recognition programs to meet business needs, working with centralized Compensation and Equity teams for specialized expertise when needed. Track market trends, compensation practices, promotion rates, and recognition patterns; identify risks and recommend necessary adjustments to functional teams and Total Rewards leadership. Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions.
