As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Rubrik, you will provide enterprise-level technical support through various channels including phone, web, email, chat, and onsite visits. You will be tasked with delivering effective solutions related to backup, recovery, replication, archiving, indexing, and searching data across Rubrik clusters and cloud environments. Your role will involve extensive interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with collaboration with partners and third-party vendors on interoperability issues. Work Location: Morrisville, NC Office - Hybrid (In-office Tuesday-Thursday) Work Schedule: 1st shift: 9am-6pm ET (Monday - Friday)
