Position Overview & Responsibilities
As the Director of Integration and Test Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the integration and systems test functions for the entirety of Logos' payload, terminal, and ground systems. This position requires you to define and streamline these functions within the context of Logos, appropriately sizing the team to ensure production readiness for our system design. You will act as the final gatekeeper for designs before they enter production, setting up processes and methodologies to foster continuous improvement through the ongoing integration and testing of new capabilities. You will have direct visibility up to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the overall System Integration and System Testing of the Logos Space systems.
Ensuring production quality and readiness from both functional and performance perspectives.
Building and scaling the System Integration and Test teams in alignment with our ambitious startup goals.
Managing integration and system testing timelines through all design and development phases.
Conceptualizing and planning all necessary laboratories to support scaling and testing initiatives.
