Qualifications
Responsibilities:Design, analyze, build, test, and operate a system of actuators, mechanisms, and structural modifications for remote piloted aircraft. Collaborate with a team of exceptional mechanical engineers as well as the broader Reliable team, which includes Electrical, Systems, Software, GNC, Manufacturing, and Flight Test engineers. Take full ownership of your hardware from concept through to flight testing and certification, ensuring hands-on participation in the build, test, and integration processes. Foster a culture of learning and teaching, bringing a sense of humility to the team. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mechanical systems development. Proficiency with current CAD and FEM software packages. Experience in creating innovative system designs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:Expertise in electromechanical or mechanical engineering.
