Qualifications
Your RoleAs the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the trusted partner to Arago's executives in the Bay Area, managing their daily operations and ensuring the office functions seamlessly in alignment with the company's dynamic pace. Your responsibilities will encompass three main areas: providing executive support (managing calendars, communications, travel arrangements, and preparation), overseeing office management (facilitating operations within our Bay Area office), and contributing to the company's growth through effective coordination in fundraising, recruiting, and partnerships. This position offers a high level of trust and visibility, allowing you to be involved in impactful initiatives. Essential Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or top-tier professional services. Demonstrated ability to manage intricate calendars and travel logistics across multiple time zones, including the US, Europe, and Israel. Excellent written communication skills: capable of drafting clear emails, partner updates, or investor communications in the executive’s voice. Proficient in technology: Familiarity with Google Workspace and modern travel and expense management tools. A proactive individual who fosters a positive work environment. Background in accounting is a valuable asset.
