In this hybrid role, you will report directly to the Head of Waymo Training and Documentation.
You will:
- Lead the development of documentation and curriculum for Waymo’s safety-critical Fleet Response Operations, including Rider Support (RS) and Waymo Roadside Assistance (WRA).
- Promote effective collaboration with business stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure optimal learning proficiency as well as safety and compliance in complex, safety-critical environments.
- Define the strategy and oversee the execution of training initiatives that support fleet response operations.
- Work closely with partners and vendors to ensure compliance with training requirements, including recurrent training and safety-critical benchmarks.
- Prioritize content development and roadmap planning for RS/WRA training needs, aligning them with company objectives.
