Our team is also responsible for developing the necessary facilities and ground support equipment. You will support both bus and payload activities throughout the entire process, from conceptualization to flight readiness.We are looking for passionate engineers who thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at transforming conceptual designs into tangible hardware ready for testing and flight. If you love tackling challenging problems, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:Analysis & Modeling:Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Ansys Thermal Desktop, NX Space Systems Thermal, FEMAP/NASTRAN) to develop detailed thermal models of spacecraft components and systems.Conduct thorough thermal analyses (steady-state, transient, worst-case) considering various orbital environments and operational conditions.Refine analytical predictions by correlating thermal models with test data.Hardware Design & Implementation:Design and specify passive thermal control hardware (e.g., MLI, radiators, heat pipes).Design and specify active thermal control components (e.g., heaters, thermostats, sensors).Oversee the procurement, manufacturing, and integration of thermal control hardware.
