Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Design digital and analog circuits for next-generation radar systems, guiding projects from conception through production. Manage the design and layout of multi-processor systems, incorporating FPGA technology and DDR4 memory. Design switching and linear power supplies, ensuring high-speed digital and high-frequency analog performance up to 12GHz. Oversee schematic design, layout generation, and hardware bring-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and system engineering to ensure design integrity. Ensure compliance with DO-160, DO-254 design assurance standards, and FCC certifications. Support radar system integration and testing in both the engineering lab and on aircraft. Basic Success Criteria:A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in high-speed digital circuit design, including linear and switching power regulators, PLLs, VGAs, and mixers. Proficiency in using circuit simulation tools, Altium for schematic capture and layout, and SPICE simulation software.
