Your Impact
- Deliver frontline IT support for team members across Windows and macOS platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including device configuration, access provisioning, and account management.
- Maintain and enhance company systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and security tools.
- Ensure high-quality meeting experiences by supporting enterprise conference AV systems.
- Work alongside teams managing Okta identity management systems, implementing automation for provisioning, access control, and monitoring.
- Contribute to IT process documentation and assist in scaling support operations as the company expands.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2+ years of experience in IT Systems / Enterprise IT / Systems Engineering / DevOps-internal tooling, supporting internal customers (employees).
- Possesses strong scripting skills (Python preferred; Go is a plus) and is comfortable integrating APIs/services.
- Has a solid foundation in troubleshooting across macOS/Windows endpoints, networking basics, and security best practices.
- Is comfortable working in Linux environments and eager to learn operational best practices (monitoring, patching, reliability).
- Can navigate ambiguous problems and coordinate effectively with IT, Security, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Writes clear documentation and communicates practical trade-offs effectively.
- Has experience with identity and access workflows (Okta/Entra, Google Workspace/M365) and provisioning automation.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with IAM patterns: access lifecycle automation, least privilege, access reviews.
- Knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM.
