Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the CEO and immediately engage with an active client base and a pipeline of warm enterprise and institutional opportunities that require structured attention. You will craft the commercial playbook based on market insights and build your team as revenue and pipeline growth allows.
This role is a blend of sales leadership, commercial strategy, and organizational building, necessitating genuine cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with R&D on methodology positioning, with Product on offer packaging, with the Head of Global Partnerships on channel alignment, and with the CEO on overarching market strategy. This is as much a company-building position as it is a commercial and business development role.
Your Ownership
- Expand and manage Antarctica's existing client base and pipeline across SME, enterprise, and institutional segments.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing, with direct accountability for signed revenue.
- Foster and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Chief Sustainability Officers at target accounts.
- Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder procurement processes and articulate Antarctica's methodology into audit-ready value propositions tailored to each client context.
- Represent Antarctica Global at key industry events, conferences, and institutional meetings.
