Through the Pioneer Program, we facilitate a fast-track path: within a mere 6 months, you will cultivate the skills, confidence, and expertise necessary to engage directly with our customers' leadership teams, oversee daily client interactions, and execute projects that empower procurement leaders in the European Mittelstand to maximize the value derived from our software solutions.

Start as a Customer Value Associate (Pioneer) → Master our product and consulting methodologies → Deliver your first measurable impact for customers → Transition into a Customer Value Manager role with your own portfolio after 6 months. Your promotion is not a matter of chance—achieving specified milestones will guarantee your advancement to Customer Value Manager within the set timeframe.
