As an early team member, you will collaborate closely with our founders to manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering and go-to-market teams. Your role will include crafting an exceptional candidate experience, developing scalable hiring processes, and attracting top talent to join Mercura.This is a dynamic, hands-on position suited for a proactive individual who enjoys sourcing, closing, and setting high standards for talent acquisition in a startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and nurture exceptional talent.Assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit while managing communications throughout the hiring process.Organize and execute recruiting events and initiatives to position Mercura as a premier workplace.Your ProfileMinimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth settings (e.g., VC, startups, technology), with technical recruiting experience being a valuable asset.Proven ability to source hard-to-find candidates and manage structured candidate pipelines effectively.Resourceful, energetic, and passionate about building relationships with top talent.
