Role Overview: Manager of Product Management – Data Pipeline & Integration This role leads the Data Pipeline and Integration strategy for the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph. The Manager ensures the platform can ingest and process data from any system, at any speed. This position is part of the Data Platform team and involves guiding the vision for connecting to complex enterprise environments, moving from batch extraction to real-time, push-based data ingestion. The Manager will lead a high-performing team and play a key part in expanding the engineering hub in India. Key Responsibilities Expand Data Connectivity: Ensure Celonis can access business data from any format or source, reinforcing the platform’s connectivity leadership. Scale the India Hub: Lead and mentor product teams in India, shape the roadmap for out-of-the-box Extractors, and speed up delivery of native connectivity. Optimize ETL Reliability: Own the reliability of ETL workloads, focusing on resource utilization and system performance for major global customers.
