Role Overview: Solution Specialist
The Solution Specialist is based in Munich, Germany. This technical sales role focuses on supporting account management teams in cross-selling Kaseya products to existing clients. The position requires solid B2B or SaaS sales experience and a working knowledge of IT sales practices.
Solution Specialists become subject matter experts in one to three product lines. The role involves working closely with MSPs and internal IT customers, acting as a key resource for sales teams, and helping to identify and close both transactional and strategic deals.
Success in this role depends on strong product knowledge, technical skills, and a consultative approach. The ability to understand client needs, demonstrate product value, and close sales is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for Kaseya products within assigned sales teams.
- Share best practices and solutions with Account Managers, serving as a primary resource for sales support.
- Develop and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Follow up consistently on leads generated by account management.
- Coordinate internal resources to support the sales process as needed.
