Your responsibilities will encompass handling correspondence in both English and German, preparing presentations, documents, and reports, scheduling calls, and providing ongoing support for daily organizational activities. Your proactive approach and methodical work style will serve as a professional support system for our Management team across all key administrative functions. Additionally, you will oversee our front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional reception for our guests. This role requires a commitment of 30-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office to maintain front desk coverage.Your Future Tasks at a Glance1.
