Analyze and review materials thoroughly to confirm they meet project timelines and lead times. Collaborate early with Project Managers and Estimators to establish solid budgets and timelines. Drive project processes, ensuring timelines are adhered to and providing ongoing estimating support and financial analysis. Organize critical project meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration among team members. Manage client inventory, ensuring new fabrication properties are accurately added to our records. Work closely with the Purchasing department to procure materials timely for fabrication and graphics production. Liaise with the General Foreman to assess crew size requirements for each project. Collaborate with the Lead Foreman to ensure seamless operation on specific project needs. Verify that properties are accurately identified and checked for shipment before leaving our facility. Your Qualifications Strong knowledge of building and construction standards and terminology. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
