Role Overview: AI Deployment Strategist The AI Deployment Strategist works directly with healthcare clients to design and scale AI solutions tailored to their most pressing needs. This role takes full ownership of the client relationship from contract signature through program expansion, ensuring each deployment delivers meaningful results and measurable value. Acting as a strategic partner and advocate, the strategist guides clients in identifying opportunities, building business cases, measuring outcomes, and expanding successful programs. Translating complex organizational challenges into practical AI solutions with clear ROI is central to this work. Success in this role requires strong customer empathy, strategic thinking, and business judgment. This is not a typical customer success position. The strategist integrates closely with client organizations, mapping out their systems and decision-making processes.
