About Us
Sola was founded in 2023 by Jessica Wu and Neil Deshmukh, both MIT alumni who have experienced the challenges of RPA in finance and healthcare (previously at IBM-Watson, MGH, BWH, Citadel Securities, Goldentree AM). Their extensive research in multimodal models, computer vision, and robotics has been published in prestigious journals like NeurIPS and IEEE.
We have successfully secured over $20 million in funding, highlighted by our Series A from a Tier-1 VC and Conviction, and support from Y Combinator (S23 batch) and influential tech leaders.
Your Role
As a Founding Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and overseeing comprehensive recruiting pipelines for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Managing sourcing efforts, crafting compelling outreach messages, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers, including the CEO, to define hiring needs and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Effectively communicating Sola's mission and vision to candidates, generating excitement about joining our early-stage company.
- Providing a personalized and engaging candidate experience from the initial outreach to the final offer.
