This position transcends traditional engineering tasks—you will have genuine ownership in building our product, platform, and team culture.In collaboration with the founders and our early team, your responsibilities will include:Developing our core product: You will create the infrastructure that merges high-touch nutrition therapy with AI coaching and engaging food content, guiding patients through impactful, incremental changes.Ensuring seamless integration: Your work will facilitate access to Pom's services at the point of care in clinical settings.Preparing for scalable growth: You will make foundational technical decisions that enable us to experiment and scale effectively.Cultivating our engineering culture: Together, we will establish a high-caliber technology organization.
