Mem Global brings together Jewish young adults in their 20s and early 30s to build meaningful connections and experiences. Through a wide range of peer-led programs in over 25 countries, the organization creates opportunities for young adults to explore and shape Jewish life together.
The Jewish Learning Collaborative (JLC), launched in 2021, helps professionals, lay leaders, and individuals engage with Jewish texts and ideas. The program matches learners with diverse educators for personalized sessions, using data and educational methods to support a growing network of participants, clergy, and teachers.
Role overview
The Jewish Learning Collaborative Learning Manager serves as a key connector across the JLC community. This position provides proactive, relationship-focused support to partner organizations, learners, and educators, ensuring each group has a smooth and positive experience. The Learning Manager acts as the operational and relational backbone for JLC, helping the department run efficiently.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Learning to bring the vision for the learner and educator experience to life
- Manage relationships with partner learning organizations
- Drive learner recruitment in partnership with those organizations
- Support learners throughout their journey, from initial engagement to ongoing participation
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the department

This role is based at a Mem Global Hub Office in one of the following cities: New York City, Washington D. C., Charlotte, Chicago, or Encinitas.
