Each of these transitions has introduced new deployment roles such as implementation managers, solution engineers, and forward-deployed engineers.We are now entering a new era—one characterized not by the mere implementation of software but by the deployment of intelligence.As a member of our Deployed Intelligence team, you will spearhead our initiative into this new frontier of accounting. This is a highly customer-oriented position where you will represent Basis to your accounts, overseeing post-sale success from initiation through adoption and further expansion. You will lead client engagements, conduct workshops and training sessions, and convert business objectives into intelligent agent workflows that revolutionize accounting practices.As the primary liaison with our clients, you will also provide continuous feedback to our Engineering team regarding product enhancements, directly influencing the future direction of our platform. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:4+ years of experience in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup, or a company that implements complex SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience in customer onboarding, implementation, and training.Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships, preferably with large accounting firms.Experience in accounting and/or a CPA certification is advantageous, though not mandatory.Learn more about Deployed Intelligence at Basis here.
