Collaborate with Product Development teams on the launch of new payment methods and customer experiences, assessing potential costs and impacts on business. Create and present data-driven materials that champion new payment strategies and enhance business outcomes. Stay updated on the payments and fraud landscape, including industry trends and emerging technologies, to inform strategic decisions. Understand and report on leadership’s strategic goals and performance metrics to optimize results. Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to elevate user experience and improve cost efficiency.
