Thursdays will be dedicated to in-office team meetings and events, while the other two office days will be flexible based on your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $192,000 to $252,000 annually. In addition, you will be entitled to employee benefits, access to Oscar's unlimited vacation policy, company equity grants, and performance-based annual bonuses.
