Propose new targets and help launch programs in emerging neuroscience areas. Collaborate with biologists and medicinal chemists to assemble data packages for targets identified through phenomic maps, target screens, and patient-derived datasets. Work with computational scientists to develop and refine methods for translational validation, mechanism-of-action studies, and ensuring patient relevance for targets and therapies. Key responsibilities Deliver biological insights on therapeutic candidates and disease biology by analyzing high-dimensional datasets to inform clinical development strategies. Evaluate molecular and biological evidence supporting therapeutic hypotheses to help move drug programs toward clinical phases. Synthesize internal and external datasets to generate and test hypotheses related to drug discovery, biomarker identification, and defining target patient populations. Present analytical findings to stakeholders and decision-makers, emphasizing clarity and impact to speed the delivery of new medicines. Assess new data sources, develop scalable analytical methods, and support critical decisions for program advancement.
