In the role of Director of Data Management and Visualization at Mediabrands, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end data management and visualization processes for a leading client. This includes tasks such as data collection, aggregation, quality assurance, processing, and visualization. You will also act as a consultant, guiding all Mediabrands stakeholders in their data initiatives. Your leadership will extend to managing a high-performing team of managers and analysts, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Leadership: Take ownership of a business unit or portfolio, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Spearhead the establishment of new accounts, designing systems, processes, and data flows from the ground up.
- Data Migration Projects: Oversee and execute large-scale data migration initiatives and similar complex assignments.
- Process Consistency: Implement and maintain consistent processes across all Mediabrands clients.
- Campaign Naming Standards: Define and enforce uniform campaign naming conventions across all reporting environments.
- Data Integration: Prepare and assimilate external datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into analytics workflows.
- Quality Assurance & Anomaly Detection: Develop and implement QA processes and anomaly detection methods to ensure data integrity in all deliverables.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior clients and internal leaders to promote the adoption of data-driven solutions.
- Ensure high-quality output from both onshore and offshore teams.
- Media Platform Expertise:
- Campaign Management: Familiarity with CM360 and various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Social Media: Working knowledge of platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X.
- Search Engine Marketing: Proficiency in SA360, Bing, and Google Ads.
