What You Will Do Lead implementations from start to finish: Manage customer deployments from kickoff through go-live. Run discovery sessions, collect scheduling rules and clinic workflows, build project plans, track timelines, and coordinate with engineering and client teams to deliver on schedule. Own non-technical implementation tasks: Gather and organize client inputs to keep the implementation process smooth and aligned with customer needs.
