Your focus will be on supervising the performance of a vast network of care coordinators and ensuring seamless operational execution across our internal tools and partner systems.What You'll Do: Oversee daily workflows among approximately 150 coordinators. Manage performance and accountability within contractor teams, ensuring clinical operations tasks are completed accurately and punctually. Maintain and update workflows within Zealthy’s internal platforms (Provider & Coordinator Portals) alongside external systems like ZenDesk.
