Your focus will be on supervising the performance of a vast network of care coordinators and ensuring seamless operational execution across our internal tools and partner systems.What You'll Do: Oversee daily workflows among approximately 150 coordinators. Manage performance and accountability within contractor teams, ensuring clinical operations tasks are completed accurately and punctually. Maintain and update workflows within Zealthy’s internal platforms (Provider & Coordinator Portals) alongside external systems like ZenDesk. Design, document, and implement scalable workflows and SOPs aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality. Audit outdated SOPs and introduce process improvements or new protocols as necessary. Collaborate with pharmacy partners to ensure smooth fulfillment and care coordination. Track essential performance and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and address issues in real time. Partner with the Operations team, CEO, and other senior leaders to support high-priority initiatives. Lead ad-hoc projects from planning through execution. Serve as a crucial support resource during rapid operational scale-ups.
