You will also manage client flow and the referral process, including pre-screening, registration of applicants' interviews, and the investigation process. Additional responsibilities will include:Monitoring referrals to HRA Diversion and NoVA Units, Medical Providers, Prevention Services Homebase, ACS, and DOE.Overseeing the placement process with the Agency’s HERO Unit to ensure appropriate shelter assignments.Planning and directing thorough investigations and assessments of possible fraudulent practices.Maintaining records and preparing reports for the Director of the PATH Unit.Providing direct supervision for social services, facilities management, transportation, medical services, food services, and security during assigned shifts.
