Role overview Consultants in this role develop realistic supply chain disruption scenarios drawn from manufacturing and procurement experience. Tasks include outlining possible responses, defining expected outcomes, and reviewing AI-generated recommendations for accuracy and business relevance. The work also involves assessing AI outputs within ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Jaggaer, and Ariba/SAP, and helping to create and validate structured data according to set guidelines. What you will do Create supply chain disruption scenarios based on real manufacturing and procurement issues, including supplier delays, quantity changes, logistics problems, and quality failures. Define expected results and propose mitigation strategies for each scenario. Review AI-generated recommendations, checking them against established business logic and supply chain best practices. Assess outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance, particularly in the context of ERP systems. Contribute to structured data creation and validation following detailed frameworks. Requirements At least 4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing. Strong grasp of procurement workflows, including purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, and production planning. Direct experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to design and analyze disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies. Understanding of disruption types: delays, shortages, quality issues, and logistics challenges. Knowledge of Incoterms and transportation management. Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and production planning. Experience analyzing supplier performance metrics like OTIF, lead times, and quality scores. Analytical skills for evaluating AI outputs against business logic. Background in data validation, structured data entry, or annotation tasks. Excellent written English communication skills.
