From sourcing and screening to closing and negotiating offers, every step will be under your purview. You will eventually build a team but will initially operate independently.Develop recruitment processes. You will leverage our existing tools, like Ashby, and provide insights on interview loops, scorecards, employer branding, and candidate experience. You will define what excellence looks like and establish a system to achieve it consistently.Identify top engineers. Seek out individuals with robust systems thinking and deep knowledge in AI. You understand that the best candidates are often not found on job boards, and you may even know some of them already.Effectively close candidates. Your primary goal is to persuade talented individuals to choose a lesser-known company over others they might be considering. You will craft and communicate our compelling narrative.Serve as our New York representative. As the first hire in the city, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture of Viktor in the US.Collaborate closely with founders. You will work side by side with Fryderyk (CEO) and Peter (CTO), who are dedicated to hiring and will involve you in discussions about senior hires.
