You will play a crucial role in the customer journey, ensuring that each lead is efficiently scheduled and successfully transmitted to a sales representative for closing.Key Responsibilities: Qualify leads and collect essential information to determine if Starlink is the ideal solution for the customer’s needs. Set appointments by providing flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer. Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, update appointment statuses, and ensure accurate information is recorded. Overcome objections using effective techniques to address customer concerns and convert them into scheduled appointments. Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral, promptly and professionally responding to leads via phone, text, and email. Collaborate with our sales team to guarantee a smooth transition of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
