This position is tasked with defining and maintaining business terms and critical data elements, documenting data lineage, setting and monitoring data quality standards, and collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and business subject-matter experts to resolve data issues and standardize definitions.As a Data Steward, you will ensure a consistent understanding of KPIs and their calculations, support change governance initiatives, and communicate impacts to stakeholders, enabling confident data-driven decision-making. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills to work effectively with the Enterprise Data Management team and business partners.While this position is primarily based in Newton, NJ, occasional duties may require travel to other Thorlabs locations.
