Main responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established standards
- Supervise a specific kitchen section during service
- Ensure food quality and presentation remain high at all times
- Support and guide kitchen staff assigned to your section
- Contribute to menu development and improvements with the head chef
Requirements
- Background working in a professional kitchen, ideally as Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Ability to manage a section and assist junior staff
- Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment
- Motivated to deliver excellent food and guest experiences
