We are seeking a committed AV Technician to become a vital part of our in-house team, with the potential to advance to a Lead AV Technician role within our summits division in just six months.
This position is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, with travel opportunities across Europe and the United States for select events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead AV Technician in setting up, operating, and dismantling audio-visual equipment for summits.
- Maintain equipment by ensuring proper handling, storage, and testing procedures are followed.
- Provide technical support on-site during summit events.
- Troubleshoot AV issues on-site to ensure seamless event execution.
- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards for professionalism in AV operations.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment while gaining experience in team management during high-profile events.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge of company equipment to boost performance and contribute to the success of summit events.
- Communicate effectively with on-site team members and venue staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Remain adaptable to meet changing event requirements and take initiative in addressing challenges.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude consistently, representing the company with integrity and commitment.
- Acquire the knowledge and experience necessary to eventually lead AV operations at events, paving the way for future leadership opportunities.
