About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our global partner ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners who will attract new traders to our platform. You will oversee the entire journey from the initial contact through to activation, collaborating closely with partners to launch effective campaigns and achieve performance targets.
This position is hands-on and performance-oriented, with a tangible impact on our growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Partner Sourcing & Outreach
Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies). Engage prospects through LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks. Execute structured, personalized outreach via email, messaging apps, and calls.
Qualification & Deal Management
Evaluate partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential. Conduct discovery calls to understand their goals and promotional strategies. Present partnership models (revenue share, customized deals as necessary). Negotiate terms and establish short-term performance objectives.
Onboarding & Activation
Integrate partners into tracking and partner systems. Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices. Assist partners in launching their initial campaigns. Monitor performance and optimize for successful activation.
Performance Ownership
Encourage partners to achieve Active status (5+ first-time deposits). Maintain precise CRM records and follow-up rigorously. Transition activated partners to Business Development Managers with comprehensive information.
Operational
Possess knowledge of the West African region. Existing relationships with active Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, Influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) are advantageous. Be sales-driven and a self-starter. Knowledge and experience in the CFD and Crypto industries are essential.
