Are you an experienced GZ-Psychologist with a passion for addiction care, seeking a new opportunity? Join us part-time (16-32 hours) at Trubendorffer in Nijmegen and make a significant impact!
Your Role:
As a GZ-Psychologist, you will play a vital role in the recovery process of our clients dealing with addiction issues. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on complex, specialized treatments, guiding clients toward healthier lives. With your expertise and confidence, you will assume the role of coordinating lead therapist.
You will mentor and support fellow lead therapists and trainees through guidance and supervision. Depending on your experience, interests, and availability, we will collaborate to define your role, providing ample opportunities for professional and clinical growth.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide treatment for clients with addiction problems and comorbidities within your own caseload.
Act as a lead therapist and guide executing therapists.
Engage in both intake and treatment phases.
Participate actively in multidisciplinary discussions (MDO), often involving the client.
Offer advice on complex issues and care-related decisions.
Deliver professional development and training.
Support colleagues in their professional journey as a developmental coach.
As a lead therapist, you will be part of the team responsible for on-call services, which means you will be scheduled for this duty several times a year.
