Ensure compliance with security standards, including encryption, auditing, and regulatory requirements. Lead incident management and on-call response, minimizing mean time to recovery (MTTR). Contribute to database roadmaps, automation strategies, and the adoption of AI-driven DBA practices as a strategic technical partner. Required Skills and Experience 6–10 years of DBA experience, with a primary focus on MySQL (including InnoDB, replication, and clustering). Strong working knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra administration. Proven ability in database performance tuning, schema design, and query optimization. Extensive experience with AWS cloud database services (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, and backup/restore frameworks). Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation frameworks.
