Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead multiple industrial electrical projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Manage project timelines and resources effectively. Provide mentorship and guidance to Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to foster workforce development. Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman with a strong grasp of industrial electrical systems. Demonstrated capability to manage concurrent projects within a single industrial location. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to engage in hands-on electrical work as required. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints, aiding in project planning and material procurement. Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.
