This position is crucial in ensuring the integrity and traceability of materials as they enter our inventory system.Key Responsibilities:Review open order reports to prioritize incoming materials and receipts.Unload raw materials and organize them in designated warehouse areas.Inspect and document shipments in the ERP system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Maintain material traceability throughout the inventory process.Manage the storage of prepaid consigned materials efficiently.Conduct inventory audits and perform bin changes to uphold system accuracy.Safely operate a forklift for the movement of raw materials.Coordinate recycling efforts with both internal departments and external vendors for cardboard and metals.Load and stack empty crates or pallets onto trailers for recycling.Address material rejections during delivery or production phases.Assist in onsite audits of materials as needed.Perform other related duties as necessary to meet business and operational needs.
